Registration Payment Information

Full payment, by check or credit card, must accompany your registration.  Registrants authorize NAA to charge their credit card the total payment and acknowledge there are no refunds after September 30, 2016.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are subject to a $75 administrative fee.  Cancellations received by September 16, 2016 will receive a full refund minus the mandatory administrative fee.  Cancellations received between September 17, 2016 and October 3 will receive a 50% refund (administrative fee not applied).  No refunds will be permitted after October 3.  Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:
